Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PostSmooth. By creating an account, connecting a social profile, or using PostSmooth, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

You may use PostSmooth only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these terms. You are responsible for the content you upload, schedule, publish, or manage through PostSmooth and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Connected Platforms

PostSmooth integrates with third-party platforms, including YouTube. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, and developer rules. For YouTube features, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.

You authorize PostSmooth to access and use connected platform accounts only as needed to provide the features you request, such as displaying videos, scheduling updates, viewing comments, and posting replies.

Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant PostSmooth the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and submit your content to connected platforms on your behalf. You represent that you have the rights needed for any content you use with PostSmooth.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse PostSmooth, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate platform policies, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use the service to spam, harass, deceive, or harm others.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of PostSmooth at any time. Third-party platform changes can affect feature availability, and we are not responsible for changes made by those platforms.

Disclaimers and Liability

PostSmooth is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Termination

You may stop using PostSmooth at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or others, or if required by law.
